These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GlowPath ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Oliver Kanyi Thairu, Tajpark Apartments, Riverside, Nairobi, Kenya.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the GlowPath mobile application (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service under any circumstances. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Important: GlowPath provides general skincare information and AI-generated recommendations for informational and cosmetic purposes only. The Service is not a medical device, does not diagnose medical conditions, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider or dermatologist for any medical concerns.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
GlowPath offers both free and paid subscription tiers. The free tier provides limited access to features. Full access requires a paid subscription.
All subscription billing is processed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and managed by RevenueCat. We do not directly process or store your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Trial users are subject to usage limits as displayed in the App.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the policies of Apple or Google.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including facial photographs and chat messages. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated analysis, recommendation, or score.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlowPath and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
